It is a half-day tour where we´ll swim in the cool waters of the sacred underground Mayan world, in a cenote. On this tour you can enjoy the pure contact with nature in a place surrounded by beauty and harmony.

• Snorkel rental ( flippers, mask and snorkel), only if booking any of the snorkeling tours.

• Can I bring any kind of sunscreen?
  
  The brand recommended is Caribbean Pacific; it must have the legend "Oil Free" and natural ingredients. You can also choose any brand if it is labeled "Paba Free" or "Bio-degradable". If you can't find any of these; we have some available at our gift shop.

  Useful Information:

  • It is always advisable to bring your own towels, comfortable shoes, jeans or shorts, bathing suit, a change of dry clothes, and camera.
  • You can pay for all your purchases within the park only in cash. For your convenience try to go to your ATM located in your hotel.
  • Your bracelet is your entrance ticket and your ID if you need to leave and reenter the park. Please wear it all the time. Keep your bracelet on so you can get in and out of the park as many times as you need during the same day of you visit.
  • Some activities may be cancelled due to weather conditions. We appreciate your understanding.
  • Optional activities are additional to your ticket price and require reservation at the moment you arrive to the park.

  Refunds and Balance Payments:

  For our charter tours and events, you will receive a full refund if you cancel your reservation at least 7 days in advance. We also ask that you submit any changes to your guest list at least 3 days before your tour so we can finalize our preparations for transportation, food, and staffing. For our other tours, your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel your reservation at least 7 days before your tour. Needless to say, you will receive a full refund if weather conditions or other factors force us to cancel your reservation. Balance payments in Mexico must be paid in cash with U.S. dollars or Mexican pesos. If you wish to pay by credit card, a surcharge of 5 percent of the payment amount will be charged to your credit card.
