Enjoy a spectacular day on the water on board a trimaran sail boat from Cancun, Mexico.  Snorkel on a wonderful Caribbean reef then go to the island of Isla Mujeres to explore, have lunch, shop...then try out the spinnaker on the way home.

Balance Payments: The Price quoted is accurate to the best of our knowledge. The final Price may be higher /lower due to supplier price increase, new taxes, or currency fluctuations between booking and the tour or service. If the Price is higher we will endeavor to contact you by email and telephone. Once notified, client agrees to pay all charges arising from this Service. Client also agrees to pay for any damages or loss caused by client or client's group, arising from this tour or service. In case of  No-Show or Non-appearance of the client for any reason, the client agrees to pay any and all charges arising from the booking of the service or excursion.

Deposits: are accepted without charge. If a full payment is required to satisfy the payment of the tour or service a 5% fee will be incurred by the customer.

Refunds: For our charter tours, you will receive a full refund if you cancel your reservation at least 7 days in advance. We also ask that you submit any changes to your guest list at least 3 days before your tour so we can finalize our preparations for transportation, food, and staffing. Needless to say, you will receive a full refund if weather conditions or other factors force us to cancel your reservation. If you choose the reschedule your tour date because of our cancellation, all prior terms apply. By paying this invoice you agree to release Mexicosol/Andrea Salazar of any liability or culpability regarding purchased tours that result in injuries or damages incurred, theft, loss of life, loss of income, or failure of the tour to occur due to inclement weather or other dangerous conditions.
