During the Dolphin Encounter ® program, you and your family will have the opportunity to receive all the affection of these tender and playful animals that always seem to smile. In this swim with dolphins program your kids will be able to enjoy safe and fun activities that Dolphin Discovery Puerto Aventuras has specially designed for all ages. Doesn’t matter if you are 1 or 80 years, you will be able to enjoy from a platform that will cover half of your body and swimming is optional. Your new friend will give you unlimited love, he will give you a Handshake, he will SingHug and , you will be able to pet him and swim in a place that he and his other dolphin friends call “home”: the Mexican Caribbean. Our dolphins will always welcome you in our location highlighted by its beautiful environment next to the Caribbean Sea. Return home with this memory that will last forever!

Dolphin Encounter

Doesn't matter if you are 1 or 80 years, you will be able to enjoy from a platform that will cover half of your body and swimming is optional. Your new friend will give you unlimited love, he will give you a Handshake, he will Sing and Hugs, you will be able to pet him and swim in a place that he and his other dolphins friends call home, the Mexican Caribbean.
Refunds and Balance Payments:
For our charter tours and events, you will receive a full refund if you cancel your reservation at least 7 days in advance. We also ask that you submit any changes to your guest list at least 3 days before your tour so we can finalize our preparations for transportation, food, and staffing. For our other tours, your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel your reservation at least 7 days before your tour. "No Shows" will pay all tour charges. Needless to say, you will receive a full refund if weather conditions or other factors force us to cancel your reservation. Balance payments in Mexico must be paid in cash with U.S. dollars or Mexican pesos. If you wish to pay by credit card, a surcharge of 5 percent of the payment amount will be charged to your credit card.

During this program in Puerto Aventuras, Riviera Maya, the dolphin will give you a handshake, hugs and kisses, they will sing and you will have free time to enjoy your new marine friends.

Kids under 40 inches swim free; however, a paying adult must swim with them. This promotion will apply only under client’s request.

Additional Information
It is important to arrive 30 minutes before your program.
In Puerto Aventuras, groups must have a maximum of 20 people for a closer experience.
Kids must be at least 1 year old to participate in the Dolphin Encounter® program.
Participants from 1 to 7 years old must come with a paying adult as a companion.
Kids over 8 years old will be able to swim on their own.

Remember to use biodegradable sunscreen to protect your skin, the environment and marine species.
Bring towels and cash for taxis, shopping, meals, etc.
For safety reasons, pregnant women are not allowed in any of our aquatic programs.
Wearing safety vests during any water program is compulsory.
