* Minimum age: 14 years old

* Dress code: Semi-formal

* Land transportation service will be available on the first schedule every day if you are staying at a Riviera Maya hotel, for the second schedule the service will be available on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Rate for this service is $10 USD pp if you are staying before Occidental Flamenco Xcaret hotel and $15 USD if you are staying beyond this area.

Refunds and Balance Payments:

For our charter tours and events, you will receive a full refund if you cancel your reservation at least 7 days in advance. We also ask that you submit any changes to your guest list at least 3 days before your tour so we can finalize our preparations for transportation, food, and staffing. For our other tours, your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel your reservation at least 7 days before your tour. Needless to say, you will receive a full refund if weather conditions or other factors force us to cancel your reservation. Balance payments in Mexico must be paid in cash with U.S. dollars or Mexican pesos. If you wish to pay by credit card, a surcharge of 5 percent of the payment amount will be charged to your credit card.
